What do you need from us to get started?
A completed creative brief — we’ll send you a template. It covers your target audience, platform and placement, goal of the creative, brand assets (logo, colours, fonts), and any references you like or dislike. Without a completed brief, we don’t start design. This protects your budget and our time.
Do you do photography or videography?
We handle editing, graphic design, motion graphics, and short-form video post-production. For video, we need raw footage from you — shot on a phone is fine for Reels and Shorts. We’ll give you a precise shot list so you capture exactly what we need. We don’t do on-location shoots.
How many revisions are included?
Two revision rounds — round one for substantive changes (layout, direction, copy), round two for fine-tuning (colours, text, minor spacing). Additional rounds are available at a day-rate. Two rounds handles 90% of projects when the brief was clear upfront.
Can you match our existing brand identity?
Yes — provided you share your brand guidelines, logo files, colour codes, and font files. If you don’t have a formal brand guide, we extract the system from your existing materials and apply it consistently. If your brand is inconsistent across existing assets, we’ll flag it and can fix it as part of a brand identity project.
What file formats do you deliver?
Print: PDF, AI, EPS. Digital: PNG (transparent), JPG (compressed), WebP (web-optimised). Video: MP4 (H.264), MOV. Editable templates: Canva Pro links or Figma files. Every delivery includes a usage guide telling you exactly which file to use for which platform.
How long does a typical project take?
